將薑切片、白蘿蔔切塊備用

將羊肉、白蘿蔔(這樣比較可以去青)燙好備用

先用茶油把薑煸一下(因茶油耐高溫)等薑煸到有點乾之後再下麻油炒香

再下羊肉炒香
Step 5
等羊肉的香味四溢後,再加入醬油翻炒,讓每塊羊肉都帶有醬油的香味再加入米酒,讓米酒的香味和羊肉充份的溶合在一起

加入過瀘水(約八分滿)再把藥膳包放進入(紅棗和枸杞先不放),蓋上鍋蓋,中大火先讓它滾個20分鐘20分鐘後把藥膳包拿出來(我不是很喜歡藥膳太重的味道,藥膳包煮的時間依個人喜好而訂)繼滾40分鐘
Step 7
1.等煮一個小時後,羊肉稍為軟化後2.加入白蘿蔔和紅棗、枸杞3.轉小火繼滾30分鐘
Step 8
軟Q好吃的羊肉爐就煮好了

再加入自己喜歡的食材(我這裡有加豆皮、鴨肉丸、鵝血糕、杏鮑菇、茼蒿...)即可上桌
