Step 1
To prepare this recipe, start by taking the cabbage and shred it using a shredder. Then, put the black peppers into a grinder and grind them into a powder.
Step 2
Now, take a deep pan over a medium flame and pour milk in it. Add the shredded cabbage in it and bring it to a boil. Keep stirring the milk for about 2 minutes and then add the salt and black pepper to it. In a separate pan, melt butter over medium flame. Then, after 2-3 minutes, pour the cabbage milk into the pan and bring this to a boil too. Stir the mixture occasionally.
Step 3
Once the mix begins to thicken a little, turn down the flame to low for a couple of minutes and then turn it off completely. Transfer the drink into a mug and enjoy the delicious Cabbage in Milk! (Note: For an added flavour, you can add carrots and peas to this recipe.)
