Step 1
Cover the eggs with water in a pot, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, turn the heat off, cover the pot, and allow to sit for 15-20 minutes. Immediately add the eggs to an ice water bath, and then peel.
Step 2
Slice the eggs in half lengthwise, and remove the yolks from the center.
Step 3
Add the egg yolks to a mixing bowl with the mayonnaise, hot sauce, relish, 2 tsp of Old Bay, garlic powder, 2 Tbsp of the dill and salt and pepper to taste. Mix together until smooth and creamy.
Step 4
Place the oil in a skillet over medium high heat, and add the shrimp.
Step 5
Season with the rest of the Old Bay, and saute until cooked through.
Step 6
Squeeze with lemon juice and set aside.
Step 7
Pipe the filling mixture into the center of the eggs, and top with 1 cooked shrimp.
Step 8
Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
