Step 1
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced sausage and cook until slightly browned.

Stir in the diced tomatoes (with their juice) and Cajun seasoning. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
