Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 9X13 pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 2

Combine cake mix, oats and cinnamon in large bowl. Cut in butter using pastry blender or the back of a fork until butter is evenly distributed and no large pieces remain. (The mixture will be pretty dry and clumpy.) Stir in egg until well blended.

Step 3

Press about 3/4 of the mixture in the bottom of the pan. Spread apple pie filling over the top and then crumble the remaining dough over the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top and edges are lightly browned. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
