Line the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan with sausage.
Step 2
Layer tomatoes and avocado slices over sausage.
Step 3
In a bowl, beat eggs and milk.
Step 4
Stir in all other ingredients.
Step 5
Pour hash and egg mixture over the sausage, tomatoes, and avocados.
Step 6
Bake at 350 for 45 min or until well set.
Step 7
Top with extra cheddar right after pulling out of the oven so it melts all over the top.
Step 8
Serve with salsa, diced tomatoes, and sour cream.
