Prepare the stuffing according to the recipe. Stop before baking.

Transfer the stuffing to whatever dish(es) it will be cooked in later.

Wrap the dish tightly in a layer of plastic wrap. Seal the edges securely to prevent air from seeping in.
Step 8
Add a layer of aluminum foil wrapping to the plastic-wrapped dish.
Step 9
Put the wrapped dish flat in the freezer.
Step 10
Cook from frozen when it’s time to thaw it.
