Heat a pressure cooker or Instant pot on medium heat. Add bacon and saute for about 6 minutes or until crisp. If more than 2 tablespoons of fat at bottom of pot drain off carefully.

Step 7
Set Pressure Cooker or Instant Pot to soup setting. Mine cooks for roughly 10 minutes.
Step 8
Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
Step 9
Sprinkled with parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.
