Slice a cherry tomato in half on a bias cut. Insert a toothpick through one half, skin side first. Next add a piece of fresh basil leaf that is not much bigger than a mozzarella ball. Next add a mozzarella ball and the other half of the cherry tomato, flesh side first so that it bookends with the other half of the cherry tomato. Place on serving tray and repeat the process until the tray is full. Drizzle lightly with Balsamic vinegar glaze. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
