Step 1
In a small bowl whisk together Greek yogurt vinegar oil honey mustard garlic salt and pepper. Set aside.
Step 2
Thread skewers with tomato basil and mozzarella. Thread some other skewers with sweet peppers mozzarella and olives.
Step 3
Place the skewers around a round serving platter (8-10” diameter) to shape the wreath.
Step 4
Garnish with rosemary. Serve with creamy balsamic dressing.
