Captain Rodney's Cheese Dip

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 2

In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the mayonnaise and cream cheese until smooth.

Add cheddar cheese and mix to combine. Add the Boucan Glaze, green onions, and half of the bacon. Stir to combine.

Step 4

Spoon into a pie plate or baking dish. Top with cracker crumbs and bake until bubbly and golden brown, about 15 minutes.

Top with remaining bacon and more Boucan Glaze before serving. Enjoy!
