Caramel Apple Fluff Salad

(16 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

granny smith apples, lemon juice

(3.4 oz.) packages instant butterscotch pudding

plain Greek yogurt or buttermilk

(11.4 oz.) bag mini Twix bars, chopped into bite-sized pieces

In a large bowl, beat together buttermilk and butterscotch pudding mix and mix for 3-4 minutes, or until smooth and thickened.

Fold in thawed frozen whipped topping, then mix in apples and Twix.

Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes, or until set, then drizzle with caramel syrup [final shot] and enjoy.
