Mix your instant coffee and desired amount of sugar together.
Step 2
Add a drop of caramel essence. Caramel essence is strong so no more than a drop to avoid an overpowering flavor.
Step 3
Add just enough evaporated milk to cover the coffee and sugar. Mix together.
Step 4
Add boiling water.
Step 5
Top with a little more evaporated milk.
