1.5- 2 cups 12 ounces of vanilla wafers, crushed (enough of crushed vanilla wafers to cover the bottom of the pan, you may need more.)2 tablespoons of sugar3/4 cup butter (melted)1 can (14 ounces sweetened condensed milk)1 egg1 teaspoon of honey1 cup of butterscotch chips1.5 cups of pecans (chopped)

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine crushed vanilla wafers, sugar and butter in a bowl. Press into a greased 9X13 baking pan. Bake for 8 minutes, remove from oven and let cool about 10 minutes.

Step 2

In a small bowl beat (with a whisk or spoon) the condensed milk, egg and honey. Stir in butterscotch chips and pour over vanilla wafer mixture. Top with pecans and bake for 20-22 minutes.

Step 3

Let cool completely before cutting. I keep them in the refrigerator.
