Export 7 ingredients for grocery delivery

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or spray with non-stick spray.

In medium bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder.
Step 4
In mixer bowl add yogurt, carrot, cheddar and oatmeal and half of flour mixture.
Step 5
Mix on low speed and gradually add the remaining flour mixture.
Step 6
Drizzle in the egg and broth.
Step 7
Mix on medium speed until well combined.
Step 8
Scoop 1 teaspoon portions, roll to form a ball and place onto prepared baking sheet.
Step 9
Use a fork to flatten slightly (they will puff a little during baking.) They do not spread much during baking, so you can place them close together on pan.
Step 10
Bake for about 12 minutes or until lightly browned on the outside but still soft on the inside.
Step 11
Remove and allow to cool.
Step 12
Keep in refrigerator for a few days or freeze. *
