Step 1

Place the dough in a tin with oil, cover and allow the dough to rise in a warm place for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 220°C.
Step 5
Score the dough diagonally with a knife and then bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 210 °C, then for a further 30 minutes at 160 °C until the crust is dark and crispy.
