Export 8 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Watch the video in the post for visual instructions.Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Peel the carrots and slice them into sticks, about 1 1/2 cm thick. I used a crinkle-cut knife, but you can use a regular knife.
Step 3
Add the carrot sticks to a large bowl along with all the remaining ingredients and toss to combine and coat the carrots well. Then, transfer them to the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Step 4
Bake for approximately 30 minutes, flipping halfway. However, I recommend checking on them at 25 minutes as the size/thickness of the sticks and your particular oven may mean they take slightly less or longer (40 mins).
Step 5
You can optionally sprinkle the baked fries with fresh herbs like parsley. Enjoy with this Yum Yum Sauce!
