Step 1

Pre-heat the oven at 400F

Step 2

In a large bowl add the ground turkey meat, seasonings, onions, carrots, almond flour, hemp seeds and seasonings to combine all the ingredients together.

Step 3

You may roll into 1 1/2 inch meatballs or use the cookie scooper for better measuring. The secret to prevent the meat sticking in your fingers, is to run your hands in water before rolling the meatballs.

Step 4

In a baking dish drizzle olive oil, place the meatballs and drizzle more olive oil to get them golden in the oven

Step 5

Cook for about 20 minutes or until cooked through and broil for 5 minutes.

Step 6

When ready simply garnish with green onions and sesame seeds

In a large platter display;
