In a mixing bowl add and stir together the dry ingredients.
Step 2
Add the milk, eggs, and oil to the dry ingredients and mix well.

Stir in the carrot pulp.

Heat up the waffle iron and spray with cooking spray.
Step 5
Ladle batter into the preheat waffle iron and cook until they are the texture of a waffle. The waffle should be a toasted brown/orange color.

Serve with butter and syrup if desired.
