This recipe is delicious! One of the best casseroles we have ever made.  We used bread crumbs rather than cornflakes though and they worked great.  Will be making often!

This recipe was very good! I didn't have any peppers or cornflakes so I used panko and crispy onion flakes as another reviewers did. Otherwise went right by directions! My husband and I both enjoyed! Thank you for sharing!

This recipe was really good and it got better the next day. I did modify it slightly though. I added an onion and sautéed the peppers and onion before adding them to the mix. I also used smoked paprika instead of regular paprika. Everything else I used per the recipe. This will stay in my recipe rotation. I highly recommend this recipe.

I eliminated the peppers because I  think they overpower many dishes.   Other than that spot on !! Yum !!

I've been using this recipe for years with great success.  I have a rule for myself that I always follow new recipes exactly.  Then I make adjustments if necessary.  It really isn't right to submit a critical review if you change the recipe.  For those who said the casserole was too thin or watery - don't use "fat free" ingredients, and if the peppers weren't diced by hand, i.e. put into a chopper, the outcome will be too thin.  And if the mixture seems too dry, add a little more sour cream,  I know this takes time, but the finished dish is worth it.  Lastly, if you don't like the ingredients or if you don't have them on hand, then don't make it.

Great Recipe! It is always a hit at potlucks. Instead of boiling the cauliflower, I bake the florets on a cookie sheet with parchment paper for 25 minutes at 350. This will keep the recipe from becoming too watery and runny as well as keeping the sauce all over the cauliflower.

This was delish! I didn’t have  a whole head of cauliflower so I added broccoli and it was great. Didn’t have peppers but I didn’t feel they were missed. Also used plain greek yogurt.

Delicious!!! I did add some salt and pepper on top before the parmesan cheese because we like our seasoned  a little more. Thanks for a great recipe!

This. Was. AMAZING! My son and I are very particular about our cauliflower, and we both took 2 large servings of this casserole! I love the taste of the peppers (although he picked them out). But still, I got my son to eat 2 big helpings of cauliflower! Thank you for this recipe, will definitely be making it again!

Ive changed this up a few times with my mood. However people the with it as is. Instead of sour cream Ive used French onion dip. Ive added grilled chicken and also have used ham cubes. All just ads to an already delicious recipe.

Simply delicious! I could have just had the cauliflower and nothing else for dinner. This is really yummy and so very simple to make.

Excellent!  Was never a Cauliflower fan until we tried this recipe. Did not have Cornflakes, so used Italian breadcrumbs...mo problem.   It's a keeper!

This was a real nice side dish. I had no cornflakes so I used panko breadcrumbs. I also added a little bit of garlic.I like the fact that its not loaded with a heavy sauce.  I am going to try combining Cauliflower and Broccoli * I made it up ahead of time and simply reheated in the oven. Covered then uncovered for a few minutes during the final warm up time.Janie

I liked it, but it seemed dry.  Next time I will increase the sour cream.  And the cauliflower was a little too firm for my taste.  Next time I will cook it longer - soft but not mushy.

Very Good.  Left out the peppers because I didn't have them but will use them when I do.I liked the fact that  you can prepare ahead and refrigerate till needed.

This recipe was very tasty. I did substitute the cornflakes with pork skins for low carb. Will definitely make again. I also added a little more cheese.

Great! I forgot to add the parmesan & paprika, but did take another users suggestion and added Mrs. Dash. Tasted almost like cheesy potatoes!

I fixed this recipe when the grandkids came and everyone really liked it!!  I put the cornflakes on top .  It was a hit!!  Thanks!!!

I also used bread crumbs in place of cornflakes and half of the sour cream was replaced with Ranch dressing. My entire family loved this and the color combination is beautiful.
