Export 10 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F (fan-forced). Line a 20 x 30cm slice tin with baking paper.
Step 2
Start with chopping the cauliflower into small pieces, approximately 1-2cm chunks.
Step 3
Slice the red onion and toss with the cauliflower, olive oil, rosemary and seasoning. Place in the slice tin and bake for 20 – 30 minutes until the cauliflower and onion have softened and are cooked through.
Step 4
In a mixing bowl combine three quarters of the cheese and the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Season a little more.
Step 5
Once the cauliflower is cooked, give it a little bit of a mash with the back of a fork to break up any big bits and add to the mixing bowl.
Step 6
Combine well, then spoon the thick batter back into the lined slice tin, flatten it out and top with the remaining cheese.
Step 7
Return to the oven for 15-20 minutes until the slice is set in the middle.
Step 8
Enjoy warm or cold.
Step 9
With a side salad.
Step 10
Re-heat in a low oven until just hot.
Step 11
Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
