Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.

Add cauliflower florets and corn to the prepared baking dish.

. In a medium bowl, beat together the eggs, heavy cream, seasonings, mozzarella cheese, and green onions. Mix in the melted butter (make sure butter has cooled before adding it in).

Pour cheese mixture over the veggies and top with parmesan.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until top begins to brown. Serve warm.
