Step 1

Steep the chai tea bags in the water for 5 minutes, then discard the tea bags.

Step 2

Add the chai tea, cashews, vanilla extract, maple syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Step 3

Pour the mixture into a bowl of the chia seeds and whisk together until everything is well incorporated. Let sit covered in the fridge for one hour or overnight to set.

Step 4

Spoon the chia pudding into small cups and top with your favourite yogurt and a sprinkle of cinnamon
