Preheat the oven to 350 F

Mix the almond butter, cashew butter and egg in a bowl.

Add the spices, salt, coconut sugar and baking soda and mix until fully incorporated.

fold in the chocolate chips.

Bake for 8-10 minutes on a lined cookie tray. Keep an eye on them the last two minutes because the bottoms can burn easily.
