1 Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan) mark

Heat 2tbsp oil in a large roasting tin in the oven for 10min. Add shallots and carrots to the hot oil; stir to coat. Roast for about 15min, or until they have started to soften.2 Remove tin from oven and stir in gnocchi, broccoli, stock and plenty of seasoning. Arrange chicken, skin-side up, and sausages on top of the gnocchi and vegetables and brush with remaining oil; season. Return to oven for 35min, until chicken is cooked through. Serve.
