Cheating Hamentashen (Hamantash)

1 Preheat oven to 3752 Mix the cake mix and the flour. Add eggs, water and oil and mix. it will form a stiff dough.3 Lightly flour your work surface and roll the dough out to 1/8 " thickness.4 Cut the dough into 3" rounds. A glass dipped in flour will work well if you don''t have a cookie cutter.5 Place a tsp of filling in the center of ech circle and pinch the sides together to form the three corners.6 Bake on a cookie sheet for about 8 minutes.
