Step 1

Preheat oven to 450F.

Step 2

Dump Bisquick and milk into a large mixing bowl.

Step 3

Stir until a sticky dough forms.

Step 4

Add shredded cheese, bacon bits, chopped chives, garlic powder and onion powder to the bowl.

Step 5

Stir until all of the ingredients are fully combined with the biscuit dough.

Step 6

Scoop the dough into greased mini muffin tins, filling each cup 3/4 of the way.

Step 7

Place the muffin tins in the oven and bake the biscuits just until they are starting to brown on top. 6-8 minutes.

Step 8

Remove biscuits from the oven and allow them to cool in the pan for a few minutes.

Step 9

Then carefully lift the biscuits out of the pan.

Step 10
