Cheddar BBQ Chicken Foil Packet Meal

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2

In a bowl toss cubed chicken breast and 1/2 of the BBQ together.

Step 3

Cut 4 sheets of aluminum foil large enough to wrap around the chicken and add-ins.

Step 4

Place 4 ounces of the BBQ cubed chicken breast on each sheet of foil.

Step 5

Divide the vegetables between each foil packet and fold up the foil sealing the ingredients tightly inside.

Step 6

Place foil packets on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Step 7

Open foil packets and sprinkle with cheese letting it melt before serving.

Step 8

Heat grill.
