Step 1
Arrange oven rack in center position and preheat oven to 400°F. Grease (or spray with nonstick cooking spray) a 9-inch glass or ceramic pie plate.

Set a skillet, pot, or saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until no longer pink, breaking apart and stirring as the meat cooks. Step 4
