Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chicken.

Coat each piece in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and cover with a mix of breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.

Heat the vegetable oil in a big pan over medium-high heat.

Cook the chicken until it’s brown and fully cooked, which takes about 5-6 minutes per side.

Make sure to soak up the oil by putting the chicken on paper towels.
