Export 7 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Brown the ground beef in a skillet on the stove over medium heat. Drain any excess liquids.
Step 3
Next, add homemade taco seasoning or a taco seasoning packet and beef broth and bring to a boil. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes with the lid off to infuse the seasoning with the ground beef.
Step 4
Remove the lid and continue simmering until the taco meat reduces and becomes thick. You don’t want it liquidy. It should be nice and thick.
Step 5
Layer the taco meat and a little cheese in each tortilla, then roll into a burrito shape, placing the seam side down.
Step 6
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the burritos and then bake for 10 - 15 minutes or until the cheese browns on top and the burritos start to crisp.
Step 7
Garnish the top with chopped cilantro, lettuce, tomato, or other favorite toppings.
