Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2
Cook the Stove Top stuffing according to the package instructions.
Step 3
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and broccoli.
Step 4
Pour the soup over the chicken and broccoli, and stir to combine.
Step 5
Melt the velveeta over medium heat in a saucepan on the stove, and pour over the chicken mixture. Stir well.
Step 6
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 7
Spread the mixture into the bottom of a well greased 9x13 baking dish, and place the stuffing in a layer on top.
Step 8
Bake for 40 minutes.
