Roll pastry sheets into a 12-inch square on a lightly floured surface and cut into 20 (2-in.) fluted rounds. Place puff pastry rounds on an ungreased baking sheets.
Step 2
Brush rounds with melted butter; spread each round with garlic-and-herb spreadable cheese. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately top with thin strips of prosciutto and chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley.
