Step 1
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the diced onions and ground beef until the meat is no longer pink. Drain any excess grease, then season with Worcestershire sauce, beef bouillon powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Step 2
Stir in the tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar until everything is well combined. Turn off the heat and set aside.
Step 3
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it. Roll out the pizza dough onto the sheet and press it out evenly.
Step 4
Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheese over the dough. Spoon the sloppy joe mixture evenly over the top, then sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Step 5
Fold the edges of the dough toward the center, overlapping them slightly. Press the ends together or fold them underneath to seal. Cut 4–5 slits across the top and brush with melted butter.
Step 6
Bake at 425°F for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown on top. Remove from the oven, slice into pieces, and serve warm.
