In a saucepot ,add oil, garlic, chili flakes, sugar, vinegar, oregano, and water mix well.

Now, Add tender coriander stems, tomato ketchup, and salt to taste.

Boil it for 4-5 minutes. Once the sauce is thickened switch off the flame and keep it aside for further use.

Heat a pan on high flame , add oil, once it gets hot add ginger.

Add cabbage, capsicum, carrot and saute well. Cook it for 2 minutes on high flame.

Add tomato ketchup, oregano, chili flakes, coriander leaves and mix well.

In a bowl, add refined flour, water and salt to taste and mix well.

Take a bread slice and very lightly brush the slurry all over the bread.

Very Lightly brush the slurry on prepared pizza spring rolls.

Heat oil in a kadai, once the oil is hot.

Deep fry the pizza spring rolls on medium to high flame until light golden in color.

Place the fried spring rolls on an absorbent paper to soak the excess oil.

Garnish with spring onion and serve pizza spring roll with prepared sauce.
