Cherry Pineapple Punch Bowl Cake

Step 1

Bake the cake according to box directions.

Step 2

Make the pudding (both large and small boxes) according to box directions.

Step 3

Drain the pineapple well.

Step 4

In a punchbowl or large trifle dish*, crumble half of the cake into the bottom.

Step 5

Spread half of the pudding over the cake.

Step 6

Spread half of the pineapple over the pudding.

Step 7

Spread one can of cherry pie filling over the pineapple.

Step 8

Spread half of the Cool Whip over the cherry pie filling.

Step 9

Repeat the layers.

Step 10

Sprinkle the top with chopped pecans.

Step 11

Cover and refrigerate until serving.
