Step 1

Heat a large pan over medium heat. Butter one side of each piece of bread. On the non-buttered side, spread with cherry tomato jam and then top with cheese and avocado slices. Place the other piece of bread on top, with the buttered side facing up, and place in the pan. Cook grilled cheese until each side of the bread is browned and cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes on each side.

Step 2

Repeat process for each grilled cheese.
