Add all ingredients except berries to a bowl

Step 2

Whisk together and let sit for 15 minutes, until the mixture changes into a soft gel [**see notes]

Whisk again and place in the fridge overnight (or for 4 hours). [***see notes]

Mix well again

Step 5

Layer the strawberry slices on the bottom of each serving dish

Spoon in pudding mixture
