Add chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon (if desired), and vanilla (if desired) to a jar. Pour in almond milk and mix well.

Step 2

Let settle for 2-3 minutes. Mix again until you see no clumping.

Cover the jar and store in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours.

Step 4
