In a medium-sized bowl, combine the whole milk, nonfat milk, sugar, milkfat, and nonfat dry milk. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Add the natural and artificial flavors, mono and diglycerides, guar gum, carrageenan, corn starch, cellulose gum, and beta carotene to the milk mixture. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until the mixture reaches a soft-serve consistency. This usually takes about 20-25 minutes. While the Icedream is churning, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
