Step 1

Add add water and salt in pout mix well & bring it to boil.

Step 2

Add brown rice and boil rice for 25 minutes or until done then strain, rinse with tab water & set aside

Step 3

Cut the beautiful cubes of chicken and set aside.

Step 4

Now add butter and melt it nicely.

Step 5

Add the butter to your skillet and when it's melted throw in some chopped garlic. Add all of your vegetables (capsicum, carrots, cabbage) then saute until they're tender but not mushy. Throw in rice and stir for about a minute before pouring chicken broth over top.

Step 6

Cook on low heat with lid on for 15 minutes then remove from heat.

Step 7

Add black pepper, green onion and your other desired vegetables (apple cider vinegar, lemon min juice).

Step 8

Garnish with green onion leaves & serve!
