Step 1

Step 2
Make the dressing by adding all of your ingredients except the avocado to a food processor and blending up. Add in avocado and blend up until creamy, adding additional filtered water to reach desired consistency.
Step 3
Pour dressing over salad and toss together. Enjoy!

Store salad in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
