Step 1
Select the BROWNING function, add the oil and allow to heat. Brown the chorizo for ~2 minutes then set aside on some kitchen roll.
Step 2
Add the chicken, red pepper, onion and garlic and stir for ~3 minutes until the pepper and onion begins to soften, then add the rice and stir to toast slightly.
Step 3
Add the tomatoes, stock and paella seasoning and stir to combine, then press CANCEL.
Step 4
Put the lid on and close the pressure valve then select the RICE function and adjust the time to 10 minutes.
Step 5
When the program has finished press CANCEL. For this recipe we recommend the QUICK RELEASE method before opening the pressure valve and removing the lid.
Step 6
Select the BROWNING function then add the peas and chorizo and cook for a further 3 minutes, then press CANCEL.
