Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°c fan forced.

Open Woolworths Slow Cooked Chicken Breast In Creamy Mushroom Sauce 700g and separate chicken pieces from the sauce.

Place spinach in a bowl and pour over boiling water to wilt the spinach leaves. Strain and squeeze all the water out then roughly chop.

Crumble feta and set aside with other components.

On a large chopping board/clean surface, lay out 4 lasagne sheets.

Divide the chicken pieces across the sheets in the middle and top with crumbled feta and chopped spinach. Roll up and arrange in a line in a baking dish.

Pour the sauce over the sheets and top generously with tasty cheddar cheese and a little cracked pepper.
Step 8
Bake in a preheated oven for 20 - 25 minutes. Finish with the grill setting to the cheese is lovely and golden.
Step 9
Serve with a green salad.
