Place all ingredients except for the egg noodles in a large resealable freezer bag.
Step 2
Remove excess air. Seal. Freeze.
Step 3
Thaw. Cook in crockpot on low for 4-5 hours.
Step 4
Take out the chicken and cube or shred it.
Step 5
Put it back in the crockpot.
Step 6
Add the noodles.
Step 7
Cook another 10 minutes until noodles are tender.
