Chicken, Spinach, and Hash Brown Bake

Tbsp butter

chicken

(16-oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach,

chicken soup

(8-oz) carton sour cream

(8-oz) mozzarella cheese

(32-oz) pkg frozen diced hash browns, thawed

Preheat oven to 400°F. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add chicken, and cook 5 to 6 minutes or until done. Spoon chicken into a large bowl.

Add spinach, soup, sour cream, cheese, and hash browns; stir until blended. Lightly season with salt and pepper.

Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Bake 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
