Step 1

Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, fry the breast and salt and pepper. Remove the chicken from the saucepan and reserve.

Step 2

In the same saucepan, sauté the onion and garlic. Add the apple and cook for a few minutes. Pour in the lemon juice, white wine, honey, and mustard; cook until the smell of wine does not prevail. Add the chicken, add the whipping cream, the apple juice and the chicken broth, stirring constantly. Salt and pepper and cook for 8 more minutes.

Step 3

Remove the breasts from the sauce and cut into slices. Serve on an extended plate, add sauce and apple, garnish with almonds and thyme.
