Preheat oven to 350 °F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.

Add a strainer to a large mixing bowl. Pour chickpeas and liquid into strainer.

Add water if needed to make a non sticky dough.
Step 8
Using your hands, scoop dough and form into 1-inch balls.
Step 9
Bake at 350 °F for 17-20 minutes.
