Step 1
Marinate the Chicken:In a large bowl, whisk together the lime juice, lime zest, olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Add the chicken breasts (or thighs) to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to 2 hours for maximum flavor.

Preheat the Grill or Oven:If grilling, preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If baking, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Remove the chicken from the marinade and shake off excess. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
