Step 1

Set a container over a scale. Add chili crisp, peanut butter, sesame oil, soy sauce, and lime juice. Mix together until the sauce is homogenous. Store in the fridge until ready to use.

Step 2

Place a griddle or large pan over high heat. Add the ground meat, salt, minced garlic, and chili powder. Break up with a potato masher and let brown until cooked through.

Mix in a spoonful of the chili vinaigrette and store in the fridge until ready to use.
